Hi, I’m Vanessa Leon, a Real Estate Broker with The Nick Shivers Team at eXp Realty serving Southwest Washington. I was born and raised in East Vancouver, and I truly know this area like the back of my hand from the neighborhoods to the hidden gems.

I specialize in representing sellers with a strategic and intentional approach, helping position homes to stand out and maximize value in today’s market. I also love guiding first-time homebuyers through the process with clarity and confidence, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way. Real estate has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. Outside of work, I’m a mom first. My son is my whole world, and you’ll often find us camping around the PNW, spending time outside, or cheering on the soccer field. I’m also very invested in supporting local small businesses and fully embrace my foodie side, so I’m always ready with the best local recommendations!
