Kaiya Shivers serves as the Chief Marketing Officer, Event Coordinator, and licensed Oregon Real Estate Broker with The Nick Shivers Team at eXp Realty. With 7 years of experience in real estate marketing, public relations, and content creation, she leads the team's branding, social media, marketing strategies, and client events.

Kaiya is also the producer of The Shivers Report podcast, helping share real estate news, market trends, and industry insights. She graduated from Chapman University, where she studied advertising.

With a passion for creativity, real estate, and bringing people together, Kaiya is dedicated to building meaningful connections, creating memorable experiences, and supporting the team's mission of “Serving People, Saving Kids, All by Selling Real Estate.”
