Evelina brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people to her career in real estate. With a background spanning customer service, banking, business operations, sales, and real estate investing, Evelina understands the importance of listening closely, communicating clearly, and advocating for her clients every step of the way.
Before entering real estate, Evelina gained valuable experience in both customer service and finance, working as a barista at Black Rock Coffee Bar and later as a teller with Chase Bank. Her entrepreneurial drive eventually led her to help build her family business, Shakin Reveal, from the ground up into a nationwide e-commerce brand. Today, she serves as the company's CEO and Operations Manager, experience that has strengthened her skills in negotiation, organization, adaptability, problem-solving, and managing the many moving pieces required to reach a successful outcome.
As a real estate agent and investor who manages her own rental property, Evelina brings both a professional and personal understanding of real estate to her clients. She approaches every transaction as if it were her own, doing everything in her power to help her clients get where they want to go. Whether someone is buying their first home, preparing to sell, growing an investment portfolio, or simply trying to understand their options, Evelina wants them to know they have someone firmly in their corner.
Her faith is at the center of everything she does and has shaped her commitment to working hard and treating others with honesty, kindness, and respect. Evelina strives to make one of life's biggest financial decisions feel less overwhelming by being a consistent communicator, trusted resource, and strong advocate for the people she serves. Her goal is not simply to complete a transaction, but to build lasting relationships and become the go-to real estate resource her clients and their families can rely on for years to come.
Outside of real estate and business, Evelina is a wife and mom of three and is actively involved in her church and children's ministry. A true Pacific Northwest outdoor enthusiast, she loves spending time with family, playing volleyball, working on their property, fishing with her husband, dad, and grandpa, and enjoying just about anything that gets her outdoors.
She also has an adventurous side. Evelina has gone skydiving with her mom, swam with sharks in Hawaii, and spent her childhood summers in Odessa along the Black Sea. Having grown up selling cars alongside her dad, sales and entrepreneurship have been part of her life from an early age. Evelina is also fluent in Russian and speaks some Ukrainian, allowing her to connect with and serve an even broader range of clients and families.
For Evelina, real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It's about people, relationships, and helping clients confidently move toward the next chapter of their lives.
