I’m Zach Hodgins, a real estate professional with a unique edge: I’ve built advertising for agents at Zillow for the better part of a decade and now bring that expertise directly to my clients. With leading agents to success firsthand at Zillow, I know what makes listings perform online — and I apply that knowledge to maximize exposure, attract qualified buyers, and deliver strong results. Whether helping sellers position their home or guiding buyers through negotiations, I combine marketing savvy with clear communication and relentless follow-through. I’m proud of developing programs that fostered agent's success at Zillow, and I now channel that success into real, local transactions, so sellers get more qualified showings and buyers move quickly on the right homes.

I am a husband to Makenna, and a father to Duane, and my dog Maximus the Goldendoodle. I prioritize my Family, Faith, Finances, and Fitness. Basketball is my favorite sport so you know I'm repping the Blazers rain or shine.
