Justin Teegarden brings a unique blend of financial expertise, communication skills, and real-world experience to every client he serves. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Teaching, Justin has built a career rooted in both numbers and people. He spent years working in accounting for both small businesses and large corporations, followed by a decade teaching math and computer science in the Portland area. Prior to teaching, Justin also successfully sold real estate from 2001 to 2013, and he is now excited to return to the industry with a renewed perspective and purpose.
Justin specializes in helping sellers maximize their equity through strategic pricing, strong negotiation, and clear communication. His background allows him to break down complex financial concepts in a way that is easy to understand, while also helping clients stay grounded and confident during what can often be an emotional process. He is known for being honest, direct, and highly focused on delivering the best possible outcome for his clients.
One of Justin’s proudest career moments came when a seller trusted his pricing strategy, listing their home below market value to generate strong demand. The result was a highly competitive environment with over 20 offers, ultimately driving the final sale price well above expectations. This experience reflects his ability to think strategically, create leverage, and deliver exceptional results.
At his core, Justin is driven by a desire to serve others and elevate the real estate experience. He believes in building trust first, leading with transparency, and always putting his clients’ best interests ahead of anything else. His goal is not only to help clients succeed in their transactions, but to restore confidence in what working with a real estate professional should feel like.
Outside of real estate, Justin enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family. Whether it’s fishing for trophy trout at Lake Pend Oreille, fly fishing for steelhead in Pacific Northwest rivers, skiing on Mt. Hood, or camping and hiking throughout the region, he values the balance of hard work and quality time. He is also fluent in Polish, a skill that reflects his diverse background and ability to connect with a wide range of people.
