Keegan Shivers is a licensed real estate agent with the Nick Shivers Team, proudly serving clients throughout Oregon from the team’s base in Wilsonville. Having grown up immersed in the world of real estate alongside his father, Keegan brings a lifetime of exposure, first hand experience, and a deep understanding of the market to every client interaction.

With a background in real estate investing and a portfolio of four rental units acquired by the age of 23, Keegan offers a unique perspective to both investors and traditional buyers and sellers. His core strengths include property analysis, strategic negotiation, and investment guidance — all delivered with a strong commitment to transparency, hustle, and client success.

Before entering real estate full-time, Keegan was a collegiate athlete and still holds the all-time three-point shooting record at Oregon Tech. That same discipline, competitive edge, and work ethic now fuel his approach in real estate, where he is known for his drive, relatability, and unwavering dedication to helping clients make smart, informed decisions.

Keegan is focused on building his business, expanding his investment portfolio, and becoming a trusted resource for buyers and sellers across Oregon. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
