With more than a decade of Arizona real estate experience, Mina Fajardo has built her career on putting people first. Licensed since 2015, she has guided clients through more than 100 successful transactions with patience, transparency, communication, and hands-on service.

Mina serves clients throughout the Valley, specializing in residential sales, new construction, investment properties, land, and rentals. From consultation through closing, she offers attentive guidance, skilled negotiation, and support to help clients make confident, informed decisions.

Originally from the Philippines and an Arizona resident since 1987, Mina understands what it means to start from the bottom and build toward success. As a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and real estate professional, she understands that a home can represent a new chapter, financial stability, and long-term wealth.

Outside of real estate, Mina enjoys traveling, hiking, movie nights with her husband, celebrating clients’ milestones, supporting her children's passions, caring for her plants, capturing Arizona sunsets, and pursuing personal and spiritual growth.
