As the Chief Financial Officer, Troy brings valuable knowledge and perspective to the WestOne Properties team. After graduating from Portland State University with a Business Degree in Accounting and Economics, Troy dove straight into the world of finance – and hasn’t left since. Prior to joining WestOne Properties, Troy owned and operated a successful mortgage company before shifting gears to the world of real estate in 2008. Troy specializes in working with sellers to facilitate successful short sales, and he has a track record to prove it. He strives to stay on the cutting edge of what drives the real estate industry to provide maximum value for his clients, and his company.
